Batch Varnish Machine Process

The production process starts with loading stators on spindles, followed by connecting winding wires. The operator then closes the front door and pushes the button to initiate the cycle. The rotating spindles heats up at pre-determined temperature. The non contact TIC is meant to sense the stator temperature and maintain the trickle temperature. Trickling place is adjusted by tilting up the spindle holding plate and tilting down the varnish pipes. Varnish pump starts and pre-decided varnish is trickled on stators / rotors. In order to start post heating, varnish pipes are tilted up and spindle holding plate is tilted down. Once the spindles are post heated, machine is stopped, the door is opened, wire connections are removed and ready stators are unloaded.
